We could not have asked for a better person to help us during this home buying and selling journey. This is certainly a stressful and emotional experience, but Grant was our rock during the process. He wasn’t just trying to make another sell, he truly wanted us to find our perfect home. This is not just from watching YouTube videos, he has done extensive hands on remodeling on multiple properties. Have you ever gone to a live music performance and been blown away by the musicians' skills and thought, "WHOA, music can be like THAT?!" Grant helped me sell a starter condo I co-owned with my parents, and the whole time we were marveling to each other "WHOA, working with a realtor can be like THIS?!" Grant listened carefully to our priorities and financial constraints, and then coordinated getting bids and working with six different vendors to get the place looking its best within our budget. It was less than 30 days from when our tenant moved out to listing, which is B-A-N-A-N-A-S in an excellent way. I was as involved as I wanted to be (which was not very much) and Grant made the rest happen. Along the way, he was readily available to answer my stray what-if questions and went so far as to let me know when he'd be out of cell range. Once we listed, Grant was regularly in touch with progress updates, and when we had an offer, he did careful research to assess exactly what concessions were necessary to close the deal. He kept us from being excessively generous on the terms. When curveballs arrived (as they do), they were always accompanied with either a concise proposed plan of action or a low-key "I took care of this thing that came up". Worth noting: I've touched on Grant's stellar professional competence; he's also a warm, sociable, high-quality human. He's enjoyable company, even while filling out real estate disclosures.
